Excellence Group Luxury Resorts

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Excellence Group Luxury Resorts, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.

This article is not likely to stay in WP unless you add some 3rd party independent references. What is really needed is reviews or press notices of her jewelry collections. Web or print, but published--not blogs. I'd sugest you move fast,there are some rather impatient people around here these days. DGG 07:54, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for getting in touch. Since you do have references, it should be possible to get the article so it will stand. But the other factor is that it must not sound like advertising. Read WP:SPAM#How not to be a spammer, (section 4) . Basically, anything which would be appropriate in an ad, is not appropriate here. You have to write it the way somebody unconnected with the store would. I have removed some things which i know from experience will always be held against it: a list of celebrity clients, and a list of product lines. Next, you need to remove all adjectives saying how good, unique, etc. the work is. It will end up a very short article. But otherwise it wouldn't end up here at all. By the way, the work does not appear to be featured in vogue , etc. It appears to be mentioned. Good luck with it.

You might try to add some refs to Excellence Resorts as well . Otherwise it seems OK: straight description. DGG 00:14, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
